Welcome to the Kivicube Affiliate Program (“Program”). This Program is operated by Kivicube and is designed to reward creators, developers, and partners who promote Kivicube and refer new paid users to the platform. By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kivicube: The platform providing AR creation tools and related services, owning all intellectual property rights of the platform.
Affiliate: An individual or entity that applies for, is approved, and joins the Kivicube Affiliate Program to conduct commercial promotion of Kivicube’s services. Affiliates are independent partners and have no employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Kivicube.
Affiliate Tracking Link: A unique, dedicated tracking link or code assigned exclusively to an approved Affiliate for user attribution and commission calculation.
Referred Paid User: A new user who registers on Kivicube through an Affiliate’s exclusive Affiliate Tracking Link and makes a Qualified Payment.
Qualified Payment: The actual amount paid by a Referred Paid User for Kivicube’s services, excluding refunds, discounts, taxes, chargebacks, and free trial orders.
Commission: The cash revenue share earned by an Affiliate under this Program, withdrawable in accordance with the Program’s payout rules.
You must provide accurate, complete, and true information when applying for the Program. Any false or misleading information will result in immediate rejection of your application or termination of your participation.
Kivicube reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion, without providing any explanation.
We may immediately suspend or terminate your Program participation if you:
Provide false, misleading, or forged application information or promotional content;
Engage in illegal, spam, or non-compliant marketing activities;
Damage Kivicube’s brand reputation, intellectual property, or legitimate business interests;
Conduct fraudulent referral behaviors, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or using bots to generate false traffic or registrations.
Once a new user registers on Kivicube through your Affiliate Tracking Link and becomes a Referred Paid User, they are immediately and exclusively attributed to you as your Referred Paid User.This attribution relationship is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of the user’s registration.
During the 365 days attribution period, all Qualified Payments made by the Referred Paid User (including renewal payments, additional service purchases, etc.) will be attributed to you, regardless of the device used, subsequent visits, or login methods.No Commission will be granted if the user clicks your Affiliate Tracking Link but completes the purchase through Kivicube’s sales representatives, offline manual checkout, or any other channel not associated with your Affiliate Tracking Link.
All Referred Paid Users remain direct customers of Kivicube. You shall not interfere in any matters related to customer service, pricing, order processing, or product usage. If a Referred Paid User contacts you regarding Kivicube’s products or services, you must direct them to Kivicube’s official customer support channels.
Affiliates will receive a 15% Commission on all Qualified Payments made by their Referred Paid Users.
Commission is valid for 365 days from the Referred Paid User’s registration date. After this period, no further Commissions will be generated from that user.
A new user registers via your Affiliate Tracking Link and becomes a Referred Paid User;
The user spends €1,000 on Kivicube’s services within one year;
Your Commission: €1,000 × 15% = €150.
Approved Affiliates can generate customized Affiliate Tracking Links and view real-time data including link clicks, user registrations, Qualified Payments, and Commission records in the official Affiliate dashboard provided by Kivicube.
Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly based on completed, non-refunded transactions. The payout adopts a NET-30 settlement cycle.
Minimum withdrawal threshold: Generally €100 (or the equivalent currency determined by Kivicube). If your affiliate link brings in orders that include Pro or Enterprise plans, the minimum threshold increases to €200.
Payment Methods: Supported methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, Alipay, or others as determined by Kivicube.
Refunds & Adjustments: Any refunded or disputed transactions will be deducted from your commission balance.
Tax Obligations: Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes and statutory fees arising from commission income. Kivicube will only withhold taxes when required by applicable law, and any withheld amount will be deducted from your payout. A tax certificate may be provided upon your written request.
Affiliates may promote Kivicube through organic, non-paid channels including personal blogs, social media, video platforms, creator communities and professional forums, provided all content complies with applicable laws.
Affiliates must not:
Make false, exaggerated or misleading claims about Kivicube’s functions and services;
Impersonate Kivicube staff or official representatives;
Bid on branded keywords or run any paid advertising (Google Ads, social ads, PPC) without prior written approval;
Use fraudulent methods to generate referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals, bots);
Promote alongside illegal, infringing or inappropriate content;
Place affiliate links on coupon, rebate or deal aggregation sites;
Modify or distort Kivicube official brand assets;
Conduct spam marketing or unsolicited mass messaging;
Misrepresent any official relationship with Kivicube.
Affiliates must use their own independent landing page before redirecting to Kivicube via Affiliate Links.Landing pages must clearly disclose the affiliate partnership, contain original valuable content, and comply with laws and brand guidelines.Direct linking to Kivicube official website without an intermediate landing page is prohibited.
Violation may result in commission forfeiture, immediate account suspension, or permanent termination of Program participation.
Kivicube grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use official brand assets solely for legitimate promotional purposes.
All intellectual property rights of Kivicube remain its exclusive property.
Third-Party Risk Isolation: You are solely liable for any disputes, claims or compensation arising from your promotional content infringing third-party rights. Kivicube shall not bear joint liability.
You grant Kivicube perpetual free license to use your public promotional content for official marketing.
You shall keep all non-public Kivicube information confidential during and after participation in the Program.
Kivicube reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time if:
You violate these Terms;
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior;
You pose legal or reputational risks to Kivicube.
Upon termination:
You must stop all promotion and remove all Kivicube links and materials within 24 hours;
Pending commissions may be reviewed or withheld;
Fraudulent activity will result in full forfeiture of earnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Kivicube shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages;
Kivicube is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as payment providers and browsers;
Total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.
Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kivicube from any claims, losses, legal fees and expenses arising from the Affiliate’s breach of these Terms, illegal acts or non-compliant promotion.
Kivicube reserves the right to modify these Terms including commission rates, payout rules and Program policies.Updates will be announced via website or email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).Disputes shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation; if unresolved, submitted to the competent court of Kivicube’s jurisdiction.
This Program does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship.
Affiliates are independently responsible for their own tax and legal compliance.
If any clause is deemed unenforceable, remaining clauses shall remain in full force.
